Terms and Conditions

Our aim at Go Abroad is to help qualified and experienced professionals find suitable positions abroad. In conjunction with our partners in various countries (be it schools, educational centres or placement coordinators), we aim to provide appropriate career advice and options that suit your recruitment needs. This service is completely free of charge to candidates. Go Abroad is a division of Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. and therefore reference will be made throughout the document as Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd.

The Use of Application Information
The personal data that we collect from candidates, is necessary to ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process, as the requirements vary from country to country. By registering with us, you consent to us collecting and processing the data and, where necessary, disclosing this information to prospective employers in connection with the recruitment process.

Once you provide your application information to Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd., it will be made available to our specialist recruitment team. Unless you request otherwise at the point of registration, your CV and other relevant information supplied by you, may be sent or presented to prospective employers, whom we deem may be interested in your skills and experience.

Level of Support
While Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. shall endeavour to provide a reasonable amount of support and assistance to you, if you are employed as a result of Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd.’s placement and recruiting services, any Contract shall be solely between you and the Contracting organisation. Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. is not responsible or liable for breach of a Contract by either party, nor for any situation, including closure or bankruptcy of the Contracting organisation that results in a Contract not being fulfilled. If you are terminated for any reason by a Contracting organisation, it is not Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd.’s responsibility to rectify the situation or to find you alternative or interim employment.

Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. does not guarantee placement, nor is it obliged to continue service for renewing individuals. Placement is based on availability, qualifications, client preferences, and the performance history of an individual.

Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. is not and shall not be responsible or liable for your transportation, accommodation or other services or products, to be provided by the Contracting organisation, or any other third party.

Accuracy of Information
Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and complete. However, as some of the information is supplied to us by third parties, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission, nor any liability in respect of information supplied to us by you.

Your Privacy & Use of the Data Supplied by You
We will never use your information for any purpose other, then in connection with the recruitment process, or other named permissions which you agree to give us.

Feedback
We endeavour to review every application received within fifteen days. Many of the positions are seasonal in nature and some countries reach their quota ahead of time.  If you have not heard from us during this period, then please consider your application as unsuccessful. If a position cannot be secured for an individual at the current time, Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. will keep the applicant’s detail on file for possible future positions that may become available. Alternative opportunities in other countries could also be shared by the Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. Recruitment Team as options to consider.

Prohibited or Unlawful action
You may not use our website in any manner that could be in any way damaging to our Company. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, or to any information, computer systems or networks connected to our website, whether through hacking, password mining or any other means.

You fully INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, sponsors, successors and assigns, from and for any, and all demands, claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorneys’ fees), from any cause whatsoever (including, but not limited to, travel delays, property damage and loss, bodily injuries, sickness, disease and death), whether directly or indirectly arising in connection with your participation in the Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. recruiting and placement process, whether or not foreseeable or contributed to by the negligent acts or omissions of Zeal HR (Pty) Ltd. or others.
